Jennifer Gospodnetich

Director of Children's Ministries

Jennifer "Jen" Gospodnetich was born and raised in Monterey, California where she was very active in youth ministry, traveling on multiple mission trips to Mexico helping to build homes.  These trips eventually led to Jen moving to Mexico for seven years working with organizations to host numerous children's benefits to help low income families before settling in Texas in 2019.  Jen loves the outdoors and can be found fishing, hiking, or camping in her spare time!

Jen came on board with Christ the King Methodist Church in August of 2024.  Jen and her family are founding members of our church, and she has been an active volunteer in Children's Ministries since day one; with her most recent efforts being one of the Pre-K and nursery age children's teachers on Sunday mornings and during Wednesday evening events.   Jen brings her love of serving others and working with children to our church; her dedication and devotion are evident in all that she does and we are blessed to have her join our team.

Jen, along with her husband Tim, have two beautiful children: Sophie & Connor.

Jesus Bravo

Director of Worship

Jesus Bravo was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela where his passion for music was ignited at a young age.  Jesus has been competing in singing festivals and competitions since the age of 10, and has performed not only throughout the United States but also with the International Lyric Academy in Italy.

Jesus is a graduate of the University of North Texas, as well as the University of Houston.  He regularly collaborates with professional choral ensembles such as the Houston Symphony Chorus, Houston Mercury Singers, Harmonia Stellarum, and Bach Society Houston, both as a chorus member and a tenor soloist.  Jesus is not only a performer, but also an educator; teaching students throughout the Conroe area as well as being a voice and music appreciation adjunct professor at Lone Star College Montgomery.

Jesus is excited about his new role here at Christ the King where he plans to use music as a tool for worship and community.  He believes that music can foster a deeper connection among members of the church, embody Christian values, and shine as a beacon of light in the world.  His goal is to inspire others to reflect Christ's light through their own lives and interactions, strengthening the church's mission, and enriching its spiritual journey.
